Once at the office, Enio gets inspiration for disruptive ideas. The ingenuity of the designer combined with the ability of the craftsman give life to unique creations. In addition, Enio follows each creation in all its phases, defining the right market strategy together with his employees.
Creative director
The brand creative director Monica Ciabattini has shaped the corporate image thanks to a surprising aesthetic, determining the company positioning and providing guidelines for collections, communication campaigns, and flagship store design. As Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Communication Officer, Monica manages various projects in Marketing, Digital Communication, and Style. The latter are concretized in the definition of corporate communication and brand awareness campaigns, in forecasting new trends and strengthening relations with the media. Finally, with a focus on sustainability, Monica is the Environmental Social Governance manager.
